Qigong is a practice connecting mind, body, and spirit.
Through gentle movement, breath, intention, visualization, and loving presence, we create a container within ourselves to cultivate vitality, deepen awareness, and embody the wisdom of our hearts with greater courage and authenticity.
Rooted in the lineage of Medical Qigong taught in the hospitals of China as a branch of Chinese Medicine, these classes offer practical tools for self-healing, energy cultivation, grounding, and stress resilience. Together we explore practices that increase Qi (life-force energy), create more space for what is, and strengthen our capacity to meet life's challenges with presence.
At its heart, Qigong is founded on the understanding that individual transformation contributes to collective transformation. As we strengthen and cultivate ourselves, we strengthen our communities and the world around us.


All experience levels and abilities welcome.
Sliding Scale Rates: $15-$25 per class
