Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that encourages a receptive state of relaxation and inquiry while remaining alert and aware. In this open state we are able to witness the layered identities of self in order to free ourselves from constricting patterns.
Research shows Yoga Nidra effectively reduces PTSD, depression, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, and chemical dependency; while increasing health, resiliency, and wellbeing.
